my breakfast, lunch and dinner

eating less is the key to lose weight. but some how i wish i'l be firm when comes to junks and chips. i managed to lose a pound (A POUND!!! i mean i could simply put on 2, 3, 4 or 5 in ONE DAY!!! hard work, phew) after i spent a week without any sugar, salt and oil. thank god i could still fit into my skinny jeans. oh yeah i got my first pair of skinny jeans weeks ago...i was just so glad i could manage to get one!!! i hope i could get a size down in no time (fingers crossed) so i could get those little shorts back into day-light!
